The secret to happiness

I have started this blog journal exactly a year ago to date, aiming at posting daily. Life got the better of me, but still, I managed to post on average every couple of days, which I guess, all things considered, is not too bad.

If I had to summarize what I have learned so far into three short bullet points, this is it:

  1. The greatest obstacle we face when seeking happiness is fear.
  2. The biggest misconception we have about fear is that we have to fight and conquer it.
  3. The only real tangible solution to both facing fear and gaining happiness is learning to be a 100% present in the moment.

This is all there is to it.

I do promise to publish three additional related posts in the coming days, expounding on the above bullet points. Click here for Part II.

Many blessings and a Happy Thanksgiving!

Learned from: A lifetime journey and a yearlong of blogging.
